Cornwall Playhouse – The Fairly Relentless Fitkins

This year I am joining the incredible pianists Kathryn Stott, Clare Hammond and Graham Fitkin in a programme of minimal music for two pianos, eight hands.

Graham has been creating compelling, propulsive, layered music for several decades, with influences including his teacher, Louis Andriessen, and Steve Reich. This programme celebrates the huge diversity of music built from minimal materials. Works by Fitkin, Steve Reich, Morton Feldman and Anna Meredith.
